Dr. Stephanie Becker

DDS, MS, ABO-Board Certified

Dr. Becker grew up outside of Pittsburgh, PA. She attended Muhlenberg College and during her time there, Dr. Becker even got to study abroad in St. Petersburg, Russia. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from West Virginia University and completed her residency in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics there as well.

After gaining valuable experience practicing in Myrtle Beach after residency, Dr. Becker spent a couple years providing orthodontic care in West Virginia before returning to the Grand Strand, where she is excited to continue to serve patients with a focus on compassionate, individualized care. Being an orthodontist was Dr. Becker's dream since 5th grade and one of her favorite aspects of the job is getting to know her patients and their families. Dr. Becker is a Board Certified Orthodontist, meaning she has voluntarily completed extensive continuing education and successfully completed all phases of the certification exam to demonstrate that she has the knowledge base and skill to treat her patients to the highest standard.

When she's not in the office, Dr. Becker loves to spend time outdoors with her husband, their dog Bandit and their chickens. She loves to ski, workout, travel, and spend time with family and friends.

Isabelle

Lead Treatment Coordinator

Hi, I’m Isabelle and I am excited to be part of your smile journey! Originally from New Jersey, I relocated to South Carolina in 2024. My passion for dentistry began as a child because of the positive and fun experiences I had. Over the last five years, my passion has grown stronger as I’ve gained experience in the dental field.

I started my career as a dental assistant in a pediatric and orthodontic practice, where I quickly discovered how much I love helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment. My goal is to create a positive experience and ensure my patients and parents feel informed, supported, and at ease throughout every step of their orthodontic treatment. I am here to answer any questions you may have, or simply be a friendly face to guide you through your smile journey.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my friends and family, playing with my French Bulldog Luna, exploring new restaurants, or relaxing at the beach!

Hi! My name is Karley. I’m an Orthodontic Assistant with a true passion for helping create beautiful, confident smiles and building genuine relationships with patients along the way. I believe orthodontic care is about more than just great results , it’s about making each person feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their journey. With years of hands-on experience and a warm, patient-focused approach, I strive to make every visit a positive and memorable part of someone’s smile story. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially hunting and fishing!

Amber

Orthodontic Assistant

Hi! I’m Amber, born and raised right here in Horry County. My passion for dentistry started back in middle school when I watched my own small smile transform into a big, bold & beautiful smile . Seeing that confidence grow in myself sparked something in me. I knew I wanted to help others experience that same life-changing transformation.

I graduated from the EDDA program at HGTC in 2020 and have spent most of my career in pediatric dentistry. Working with children has been especially rewarding, because I get to help shape healthy habits and confident smiles from the very beginning. Being part of someone’s smile journey isn’t just my job it’s truly my passion. I love creating a positive, comfortable experience and helping every patient leave feeling proud to show off their smile.

When I’m not in the office, you can find me outdoors especially on the river during the summertime. I also love shopping and spending quality time with my family and friends. I can’t wait to meet you and help you smile with confidence!
